Top shelf tour guide in the region!
“David’s tours are top shelf! I’ve been planning to ride with him since just before the pandemic so finally being able to pedal away from Florence en route to Greve was much anticipated. I had just come from a long ride in the L’Eroica event in Montalcino, so I was a little reluctant to ‘engage’ in more hilly rides. David picked the absolute best route, which culminated in a enjoyable 25km descent amidst the warm Tuscany and the smell of jasmine. David knows these roads like the back of his hand. And judging from my experience and the words of others he certainly knows and appreciates the comfort level of his clients. All in all, the ride with David was the best ‘cap’ to my time in the area, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend his services to riders of all skill levels. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to riding with David again in the near future.”

“I got to know David through his Instagram posts & could see that his clients were very pleased with their tours. When my wife and I planned our trip, including visits to several regions in Italy, I reached out to David about a ride. Prior to our arrival, David shared some valuable advise about places to stay in another region we were visiting. He helped me secure a bike rental & consulted me about the type of route I’d like to ride. The day of our ride, David came to the agriturismo we were staying at near Siena & appropriately planned a nice coffee stop early in our ride. Beautiful route in the Chianti hills
“I visited Siena for the Strade Bianche in 2023. The day before the sportive David created a fantastic route for us that would take in some of the local countryside, avoid the road closures but took us on parts of the pro race route so we got to see the caravan and the women race past which was so exciting. Fabulous route, really well considered and warm and friendly approach. Thanks David!”

“I had the opportunity to do a spectacular guided ride with David. He’s from England but has made Florence his home. He is an exceptional cyclist that knows all the best scenic and challenging rides in the area. He is patient and takes the time to understand your cycling interests and plans routes accordingly.
